About the event
Topic: The Cleveland Saxtet
Musicians: Jerry Keller, Mal Barron, and Jon O’Brien make up the talented Cleveland Saxtet, blending jazz standards from the Great American Songbook with dynamic improvisation. Each instrument responds to and interacts with the others, creating a unique and evolving musical conversation. Their playful interplay has earned them the nickname "Mergers and Acquisitions." It promises to be a lively and memorable performance!
The JSC will host a Shabbat/Purim service where you're invited to wear your costumes! The service will be followed by an Oneg Shabbat featuring fruit, veggies, challah, wine, coffee, hamantaschen, and more. The Mandel JCC is a kosher facility and does not allow outside non-kosher food, plates, cups, or serving utensils. Join us from 7 PM to 9 PM for a festive evening!
