About the event
Program: Bill Morse will explore how this historical tragedy unfolded for more than 50 years after American involvement in the Vietnam War ended, Cambodia continues to endure its devastating after-effects. Between 1965 and the present, an estimated two to three million people have lost their lives as a result of the conflict and its lingering remnants.
In this talk, Bill Morse will explore how this historical tragedy unfolded, and discuss the journey that led him and his wife to sell everything they owned in Palm Springs to relocate to Cambodia and dedicate their lives to demining and community support.
